Whay am I receiving this msg:Forbidden (403) when I try to go to cingular.com?

This isn't a new site. I have visited this site numerous times

The msg is actually:Forbidden (403)
You have requested data that the server has decided not to provide to you. Your request was understood and denied.

Thanks Ryan G. I AM the parent...lol but guess I blocked it somehow. Went and added and can get to it now. Thanks

is it possible that your parents blocked the site and wont let you go there or maybe you blocked it on accident but its definitely blocked
