I see the studipest questions from liberals (Why do republicans drink oil and want to kill poor people, so on and so on) and think that all the responses are going to be democrat blogger fests. But when I read the majority of responses, they are reasoned and logical.

I read the paper and watch the news and get the idea that I'm the only sane person left. It'snot true. People here in this forum give me hope! I'll see you at the polls! (And I'll see dems at counselling centers and courtrooms)

I know this vegetable once cooked gives off a sticky goo and I would like to avoid this in the dishes I would like to prepare.
I'm hoping someone out there has a method/way that gets rid of this.
I've had Okra in gumbos and stir fry (in restaurants), and they are never gooey/slimy, so there must be some kitchen trick that someone can share with me.

Ok here's the deal. I live in a different province than my 17 year old daughter. We are very close, and have been since she was very young. In the past year, she's mentioned coming to live with me. She gets my hopes up, then changes her mind. This has happened several times. Most recently, she came here with her mother, planning on moving here, I was sooooo happy. Then 2 weeks later they put a knife through my heart once again and said they were going back home because they didn't like it here in the city I live in. Well now once again, she called me last night saying for sure shes coming, she's tired of the small town life, and she realizes there's plenty more opportunities for her here, especially with college and a career just around the corner. I don't want to get my hopes up once again, only to be crushed again in the end. I don't know what to say to her without her getting the wrong notion. I love her more than life itself, but I can't keep being hurt like this. Any ideas?

I had caught my wife cheating. I forgave her. I caught her cheating doing two guys at once. I got mad and went to asian massage "spa" and had two girls at once, at least I used protection. I paid with a credit card and showed her the receipt to make clear I had done it back to her. We talked, I forgave her and thought she was through cheating. Caught her cheating agin with same two guys. I did the Asian Massage thing again. Again showed her the receipt, talked - but this time she told me she was going to continue affairs and wanted an open marrage. So I was hurt and said "ya , whatever" . Well she will talk of what good times she is having with other guys doing stuff with them besides sex like going for lunch. I work long hours while she stays home and watches our son. I am not really wanting to have affairs. Got sick of hearing of her good times and invented me having an affair with a co-worker to maybe see if I could get her jealous and maybe interested in me

Ive tried so many times to do this but it keeps messing up making columns all over the place.
Bascically what i want is a script in php that uses a while loop to make a table 10 rows by 10 columes. When i try it it works, it shows each table cell with its contents but it shows them all on the same line instead of making a space every 10 colums and carrying on underneath.

This is part what i made which echos them all on the same line, if you know how to do this properly ignore this code anyway:

IAm 27years old, I feel it is the time to get married and live the family life. For the coming 2years, I should be married and at least have one kid.

But, I feel too much scared, I suppose it comes positive?? will all my dreams be shut down? will be able to have a baby if found positive??. What will be the reaction from my friends? family and other relatives?.Really these are the questions daily ringing in my head.

my question involves some thought, so bear with me here!! i was wondering...... i won't throw all the cards on the table at once, little by little so your head doesn't explode, here goes. the other day i was trying to ride my bicycle down the airport runway and a security guard politely escorted me to prison. my question is should i have went along accordingly and accepted my sentencing, or should i have said, " i am strapped with more c4 in weight than you can eat in donuts, biyiyiotch!!" would that have gotten his attention?? anyway, i went along and he tried to touch me, if you know what i mean, and i tried to sue him!! so the judge asked my side of the story and i told him about the flying unicorns and how much i hate meat pie, i don't know why he threw away the case?! anyway, i don't see what the harm is in riding down airport runways while attempting to do a bunny hop onto the airplane wing and earning bonus points, do you??

i need to go from IAD (washington dullus) to LAS (las vegas) Jan 1 - Jan5. i'd like to go earlier (in the day) like around 12 from here, but the cheap flights are all really late. and i will NOT fly TED especially if there is a layover is LAX. they made us sleep in the lobby and locked the bathroom doors and we had no access to foor or water and they refused to even acknoldge there was a problem with any of that. so please, no LAX. but any help would be great. i know there used to be a site where you could name your price, but i cant find it. southwest said they had flights for $99 r/t, but i cant find that either.

Non moslem women in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are expected to cover their heads in public and also to cover their arms. If this is following the mores of the culture in these countries, why do moslems not follow the mores of the cultures in which they live outside of moslem majority countries. Also no Christian may wear a cross openly as it may give offense, if so why do moslems expect to wear moslem garb openly and not think they are causing offence to the majority culture.?
