FAMILY ... of course is the best reason to live,... and in my case, it's definitely my children and grandchildren! My children are awesome.. and my babies are so wonderful! I love them all so much! I want to live to see them all grow up to be good strong adults and raise their own children.. I hope I see another generation someday! We have a dear grandmother who is going to be 98 this year... She has great- great grandchildren to live for ... ;0)

I think that this is a perception question... ya know? The reason I live on will certainly be different than any other person lives on. I live on because I want to KNOW... Im too curious. I want to know what will happen tomorrow. Who will Meredith be with on Grays Anatomy... Will my dad stay married to my evil step monster... will my sisters daughters grow up and be as beautiful as I think they will, Will my nephew be a doctor, Will I be with my husband forever, will I ever have kids, Will I graduate from college, Will I ever have kids, What will they be like, Who will they grow up to become??? These are all the reasons I go on, and my family to me is one of the best things in life.

these are some of the moments for me.

it is the times you had the courage to make eye contact with the person you've had a crush on for the past 2 and a half years.

the smell of your most favourite food.

getting a 86% on a test you studied for only the night before.

it is the shine on your lover's eyes when you let them know how much you love them, even if you do not utter a word.

the mornings you realise you are useless without the those resposible for putting you in this world and telling them how much you appreciate them.

seeing the looks on their faces when you just suddenly say, "thank you/i love you" to them

getting all silly and stuff but truly to the bottom of you heart, not caring what others think.

knowing that you have helped different people in their times of critical need. (that's why i like Yahoo Answers so much.)

being grateful to the God you know.

knowing that you were here for a reason and the first part of of the fun is finding out what it is...

i dont really know if these will do it for you. it is different for everyone of us and one of the great things in life is to find out for yourself what really matters most to you.there are no absolutes on what the "best" really is for every one. they can agree on certain things, but they would not necessarily have the absolute same preference.

so in conclusion, i would bet that the best things in life would be finding out for yourself what the best thing really is for you and you alone. so... happy hunting...

The best things in life are to experience all emotions to the fullest through all the seven stages of life associated with the people you love.

I guess this has become a definition.

A baby's first smile. YOUR baby's first smile at YOU. Anticipation of what colors will be in the trees in your back yard each fall, and which flowers will bloom first each Spring. A kiss from your doggy, and the look on his face when he's put out in the Winter's first snow...the laughter from the kids in the neighborhood mixed in with the sounds of water play in the Summer.
A kiss from your spouse in the morning and one at night. Reassurance of love when you tuck your children in at night, and the look in their eyes when you do it.
Watching the sun set over the ocean, and watching it rise the next day...knowing there's a promise of a new day to enjoy your life's many blessings.
