My mom's second husband who adopted me when I was 4 was never really there for me after he left my mom when I was 7
He's been mean to me at times and fought with me. I also don't get along that good with his new wife or her two children. I feel that they only call me when there is a family event or birthday, but they want to come up and visit me and my husband on Sat. Literally the thought of them coming up makes me sick, I get so nervous I start shaking and feel like throwing up...how do I end it with him and his wife so they'll leave me and my husband alone? I'm afraid to write him a letter telling him how I feel because I think they'll show there friends/family. (they are that mean) I am also afraid to do it by phone because then I'll look like the bad guy, but this is not the case at all there's too many things he's done in my life to hurt me (long story)..What should I do?

Why is it when i copy some ps2 game's they copy ok and play in my chipped ps2 console, but some other games that i try copy wont.

Now when i copy game's there not old games, Eg (Star wars II )
But the 1s that dont copy, so far, are that bit older....

The divisions in this country are reaching such a point that revolution is the logcal out come. The divisions between the rich & the poor are growing, the divisions between the races is worse than it has ever been, & the division between the religions is at an all time high.
If something isn't done soon this country will self distruct!!

Hours are flexible, and although a minimum of 40 hrs per week needs to be accounted for, accomplishment of tasks are more important than hours. Tasks are managed by task leaders, which is a "second hat" to their function, just like human resources is. In other words, the incentive to work harder is not primarily driven by power in the traditional sense, rather by money, thereby directly driving the improvement of your skill set. Your thoughts?

I received a letter in the mail telling me that I had been nominated to this Who's Who and that it was at no cost to me. I'd be listed in a publication, only to later find out that they want almost 600 bucks for me to be a member.

I truly think this is a scam, and am just curious to know if anyone else was solicited or if anyone was an actual member of this professional association.
