I eat homemade Eggg McMuffins, so to speak. Here's how to make them!

1) Cut an english muffin in half (so you have 2 flat parts) and toast them on medium heat in the toaster.
2) At the same time, get a small bowl and put a slice of canadian bacon in it.
3) Pour Egg Beaters (it's a brand of pourable egg, it's REALLY good!) on the canadian bacon slowly just until you completely cover it up.
4) Drape plastic wrap on top lightly (do not press down!) and put in microwave on HIGH power (or if you can, set it to 10 cooking power) for 1 minute. It will make popping sounds, so don't think it is exploding!
5) Take it out (carefully, it's hot!) and stab into the egg with a fork. and press down on it with the fork. IF unkooked egg comes out, the n stick it in the microwave for 10 more seconds.
6) Repeat above step.
7) Once it is cooked alll thw way through, take it out using the fork and put it on the toasted english muffin.
8) Put cheese on the egg, fold the corners in, and top it with the other half of the muffin.
9) Enjoy!

Well, my mom makes this stuffed eggplant. She stuffs it with rice that has ground beef in it and a bunch of spices and parsley. And then she fills the rest of the pot with rice.
It's damn good... especially with those hot banana peppers.

But you could try different versions of eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes, waffles, french toast, etc...
