Dogs can listen. And they talk through their body language. If you learn to read it then communication is great.
I know when she is hungry, worried, silly, loving, nervous, excited.
I know when she wants to dominate me...
It's all there dude.

I have a dog and talk to him all of the time. I would say, "you are very special to me, I love you so much, you are a great friend, a wonderful listener, and there will never be another one like you."

I´d start with hello and then see what you say. =) That would soo cool if dogs could speak human. I´d love to talk to my dog, even though he´d probably just say "Food!" everytime he saw me. lol. =)
