Stuffed French Toast with Raspberry Sauce
FILLING:
3/4 cup ricotta cheese 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese -- at room temperature
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 loaf French or Italian bread cut in 1 1/2-inch slices
8 eggs 2/3 cup half 'n half
1 Tablespoons butter
SAUCE:
1 package (10 ounces) Deluxe Red Raspberries - thawed and drained (reserving juice)
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons raspberry jam

I love the commercial about I-Hops those wonderful, beautiful, filled french toast, with cream and butter and syrup, and....okay, I have to quit talking about it.

well... i'm french, and all aswers are pretty funny
perfect french bkfast is (french) croissants and (french) bread
we like sweet things at breakfast ;-)
