I received a letter in the mail telling me that I had been nominated to this Who's Who and that it was at no cost to me. I'd be listed in a publication, only to later find out that they want almost 600 bucks for me to be a member.

I truly think this is a scam, and am just curious to know if anyone else was solicited or if anyone was an actual member of this professional association.

This is a total scam. They do it all the time!
I can make a book for about $40 and write to 200,000 people and tell them their name will be in Who's Who of Phila - I'm the author and now I made $8,000,000 less the $40 to make the book, and by the way I never promised to send you the book, I just said I'd put your name in a book......these people scam others all the time!!!

Notify your state Attorney General's office.

Notify Biltmore....and the state where the company lists their headquarters....via the Attorney General's office.
