Is there anything wrong? She's my first hamster, and is eating fine and is running around as usual. Any ideas?

The driver was drunk and was arrested at the scene by some cops who just happened to be there. A few days later I requested the accident report so I could get the guy's insurance info, but was only able to get the part that is public record because the case was referred for further investigation. I called the investigating officer, offered my statement, and he sent me some paperwork, which I completed and followed up on with the hospital (they needed my med. records to charge the guy with criminal vehicular injury). The cops won't tell me the insurance info until the report is released. I still can't get the report. I have been recieving bills from the ER and the CT scan and the ambulance, and I can't afford to pay them, so I NEED this guy's insurance info. Is there any way I can get it now? How is it fair that I am the victim and I am being punished, perhaps suffering permanent harm to my credit score if I can't come up with the money, when MY name and address are now public

How would you evaluate both theories:

b)Tarcísio Brito’s, in which he postulates that the mind operates between consciousness and emotion. When we elevate the consciousness, we retrain the emotion, and when we elevate the emotion, we retrain the consciousness; about his imaginary graphic, which show that the balance corresponds to ≥ 50 % of consciousness and ≤ 50% of emotion. The unbalance happens the opposite.

My 12 month old baby HATES riding in the car. He started in an infant-carrier style seat. We then switched him to a more comfortable rear-facing seat. Recently, we turned that same seat around to be forward facing. We've tried giving him toys, a sipee cup, putting a mirror on the seat he faces. It doesn't matter if the trip is for 5 minutes or 45 minutes. He starts screaming the second he realizes that we are putting him in his car seat. He gets so upset that he gets red splotches all over his face and he throws up. Sometimes, we can entertain him by playing peekaboo or giving him Cheerios, but this only keeps him calm for a few minutes. My mother-in-law suggested that he may have motion sickness.

Is there anything that we can do to make riding in the car less of a nightmare?

I'm wondering if there's any "simple" way to copy a DVD to the harddrive, and run it "simply". Basically I'm asking if there'a way to copy the whole DVD, and just be able to click on "one" file, it runs the "DVD", all the menus work, etc. I try copying it now, and I get several files (obviously for all the chapters, menus, etc) Any suggestions? Or will I just have to live with one folder with several files attached to that "one" DVD?

I graduated from college almost 3 yrs ago w/honors. However, my last "real" job on my resume was 5 yrs ago, since then I worked in nightclubs, in which I was paid mostly cash, but payroll checks as well. I absolutely do not want to include this in my work history.

I make good money, but I am very ready for a real job again. I am not interested in starting a job in the corporate world in an entry level, low paying position, therefore, I need to fill in this gap.

I have friends that own businesses that are willing to vouch for me and say I worked there, or I was considering saying that I worked freelance as a consultant, using my friends as references. I hate to lie, but I won't even get an interview for a decent job otherwise. I am worried that I would be found out during the background check. How deep do employers go into your employment history?

What other advice could you give someone in my situation?

I´m been going out with this guy for a month or so, he´s really nice and he seems interesting, but somehow mostly because of prior bad experiences, I can´t stop the thought in mi mind that he only wants to play with me and that he´s eventually gonna break my heart, he´s not a player and he´s not a bad guy but I can´t stop thinking this, so what can I do to stop this because I´m afraid that because of what I think I may start acting in a way that scares him away or that I may reject him or dump him because of this thoughts. This is what I believe, the false prophet would be Mohammed. And the new religion is Islam, It came 400 years after Christianity. Jesus said that the new religion would grow so big and be a big threat to world peace. Well, compare tensions between Christianity and Islam today. And once again I have very good friends that are muslims. So my purpose by writing this is not to offend anyone. Muslims does not believe that Jesus are God´s son. Man has been inventing religions for thousands of years : sun worship, moon worship, ocean worship, star worship, Egyptian religion, Inca religion, Aztec religion, Maya religion, Native American religion, Greek religion, Roman religion, Aboriginal religion, African tribal religions, mono theistic religions, Maori religion etc etc. the current crop of religions seem to be more in the long list of man made religions that have come and gone over the millenia.

there is this woman who I have been dating now about a half dozen times the past two months who has recently gotten sick and went to the doctor sunday and found out it was pneumonia....now I talked to her Monday night for a bit but it was difficult with her couphing for her and we would talk Tues night she said...well last night I tried calling and got her voice mail and didn't hear back which is fine too of course being she is not feeling well and all for starters...but my question here is now if I don't hear back from her after work tonight...is it okay for me to call and check on her again tonight without hearing from her first... I was also thinking of shooting and email to work and see if she is there today because as of Mon she was hoping to be back in the office today...but I am highly doubting that she is in and I don't want to be a pest ...but my intentions are just to see how she is doing...do I email her at work and phone her tonight..or one or the other or neither

I'm curious how many people drive with their factory driving lights on. On some cars/trucks they are automatically on when the engine is running and can't be turned off. I am SICK of people bright lighting me cause mine are on...Am I an inconsiderate driver or are they just stupid?

A woman was in a coma. She had been in it for months. Nurses were in her room giving her a sponge bath. One of them was washing her private area and noticed that there was a slight response on the monitor when she touched her.

They tried it again and sure enough there was definite movement. They went to her husband and explained what happened, telling him, "As crazy as this sounds, maybe a little oral sex will do the trick and bring her out of the coma."

The husband was skeptical, but they assured him that they'd close the curtains for privacy. The husband finally agreed and went into his wife's room.

After a few minutes the woman's monitor flat lined, no pulse, no heart rate. The nurses run back into the room. "What happened!?" they cried. The husband said, "I'm not sure - I think maybe she choked."
