This is what I believe, the false prophet would be Mohammed. And the new religion is Islam, It came 400 years after Christianity. Jesus said that the new religion would grow so big and be a big threat to world peace. Well, compare tensions between Christianity and Islam today. And once again I have very good friends that are muslims. So my purpose by writing this is not to offend anyone. Muslims does not believe that Jesus are God´s son. We have freedom of speech and write. That is a right for everyone! What do you believe, think and know about this? So I hope I don´t get killed by some fanatics for writing this, hehe. I don´t want no fattva on my head!!!

And how do u know that Christianity is not the false religion? Oh yeah, I forgot, U all believe in that book called the bible that men wrote saying that they were inspired by God......and u know this how???? U don't. U have no proof, and that bible is not proof, like I said it was written by men who could've been high off of shrooms, weed, or whatever for all we know claiming that God inspired this, Yeah right......and people like u are another reason why I am not a Christian today. Why must u try to prove that you're so-called right all the time??? And you're not trying to start something huh? Although u say u have friends in Islam, u just said that they are false prophets....wow, I wonder if your friends are offended by that. Would u if they told u that you’re a false prophet for preaching what u believe???

in the Bible, A prophet replaced into in essence a preacher. some have been given particular power (i.e. Moses, Elijah, Elisha, and so on). there'll constantly be a "remnant" because of the fact the Bible call it. a team of believers. And, considering that we are likened to sheep in the Bible then we % a Shepherd or somebody to steer the flock. God continues to be calling Pastors yet no person has the Apostolic miracle skills that he gave to the Prophets of previous. The passage which you're touching on speaks approximately fake Prophets that come preaching: "yet another Jesus, yet another Spirit or yet another gospel," then we are to careful of them. Jesus replaced into letting us comprehend, in the process the apostle Paul that there could be some who look very like Christians that some could be puzzled. the main's, comprehend the actual Jesus, the actual Holy Spirit and the actual Gospel and additionally you will have not have been given any subject discerning the sheep and the wolves.

I would agree of Islam, but you can add to that list Jehova's witnesses, Mormons, Moonies, etc. etc. etc. All of which take the skin of truth and stuff it with lies. What better way could Satan undermine Christianity than to decieve someone in a convincing way to believe they are the Messiah or some sort of savior for the world.

This all centers around whether or not Christ was reserected or not. If you saw Jesus die and then 3 days later come back to life, but nobody believed you and you could not have any physical evidence of this; what would be the most convincing way to tell people that it is true? Answer:hold to what you say under any condition, torture, threats, and even unto a horrible death for not admitting it was a lie. If someone was about to fillet you alive or throw you in a pot of boiling oil if you did not admit something that was a lie (and you knew the truth) would you continue to lie? Most people would lie about what they saw just to keep from the pain. The apostles went through all of this and not one of them ever said they were lying. That is perhaps the most convincing arguement for Christianinty ever told. These men were not people who "believed" something, these were men who "saw" something. They were not dilusional or brain washed. Without a doubt they KNEW the truth of what they saw. Why would they die to continue a lie? They wouldn't have.

Firstly, please cite these verses of Jesus.

Secondly, there have been many new religions since Jesus. I personally think Materialism(atheistic capitalism) is the biggest threat to world peace. Because Islam teaches Muslims to control their desire and make peace if your enemy wants to make peace. If anything, Christian nations (U.S.A.) with their belief in capitalism are the threat to world peace. Because they always want more more more (oil, etc at the cost of war). That is the biggest threat to world peace. Face it, read Islamic texts, you will see for yourself. The Qur'an says make peace if your enemy wants to make peace in war. It says to control your material desires and live simply. DOES THAT SOUND LIKE A THREAT TO WORLD PEACE?

Lastlly, Jesus specifically prophesized Muhammad would be the next prophet, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K5Go4a1L0y0

Yes that is definitely mentioned in the bible. "False prophets will come as ravening wolves in sheeps clothing" ~ couldn't have said it any better. I don't think it is only Mohammed tho, Warren Jeffs in that cult over there is the west somewhere. The Catholics and their popes I see them as false as well. But the faithful can truly recognize the evil by their intentions. Do they preach unconditional love as did Jesus? Do they teach treating everyone equally? Do they respect life and all forms and differences of it? If they kill, how can they be doing God's will? Jesus said to not only love thine enemies, but to pray for them that persecute you. Most religions don't even understand that. Sad really considering how wonderfully simple Jesus' teachings are, centuries later, & we are still trying to spread that word, and the word of God is love....love for all.:o]

Jesus's only purpose was to convey the message of good news to the people of Israel of the coming of the "comforter". Meaning Prohphet Muhammad (pbuh).

Although, I do believe that Islam is a false religion, I believe that the new religion is forming today. The "melting pot" religion that is forming where you take a little bit from this religion and a little bit from that one.

Acts 4:12 about Jesus says,
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

Therefore ALL religions that go against this won't make it.

I would like to know where in the Bible is says that. It seems to be awfully specific like "one religion" and "threatening world peace." You can email me the verses or put in additional info.
