There are alot of crimes that the punishment could be solved by flogging, or caning for that fact. It should also be televised or done in a public square so that others watching can learn not to do those crimes.

I am surprised people still do this. First your insurance rates go through the roof. Then you lose your license. The the Cops take your car. It is cheaper and safer to sleep in the gutter. Or take a taxi.

Yes! My best friend and her boyfriend were killed, she was decapitated her boyfriend died on the way to the hospital and her brother(the driver) has brain damage. The drunk driver that hit them head on by crossing the lane was drunk enough that he was able to walk away with out getting hurt. treated and released at the hospital. (went to jail). My friend was 23 and pregnant.

Yes and never be allowed to drive again because you know they have such little respect for human life, that they will do it again and again. no matter how you punish them..
