I can't stop eating, if I don't eat something small ever two hours, I start shaking really badly, I don't have a lot of time, and I really can't afford to join a gym. I have a 2 year old, and have to keep up my house, any ideas? I used to be in great shape, rode a bike about 25-30 miles during the week and about 40-45 miles during the weekend, i really miss that, just don't have the time. I haven't lost any weight from pregnancy but six pounds.
