...to a female that is in a relationship, but has never initiated sex between her and her mate, because she's shy or afraid of looking stupid for trying to be sexy? She says her boyfriend has brung this up to her recently, and he feels like she isnt attracted to him.

Now in days their is so much pressure into having Sex. Tell your coworker if she's not ready not to do it. If for some reason her partner fills she is not attractive to him. Tell her to be honest and to let him know how she fills. Communication is the key!! If he loves her, he will be supportive and understanding of her!! Let here know not to do it until she fills ready. The first time is very special and you must be willing to do it, not fill like you have to do it..

I'd tell her just go for it ... if he cares about her he won't think she's stupid ....he will be really turned on. don't try to be sexy just be yourself :) good luck!! have fun!!
