I just finished prime painting an exterior surface. I used alkyd product, and now I am scared to dispose of anything. Do I rinse the brush, latex gloves, and primer paint can in a sink, do I throw old newspaper with primer paint in recycling? What??

I am the seller of a boat. I sold the boat to the buyer for $4500. The seller gave me a $200 deposit. The seller, myself, and a witness signed a very specific contract agreeing on the sale of the boat. He wanted 2months to pay it off, thus I asked him to sign a contract stating that the boat was now his, he was fully responsible for it, condition of boat and gear, price, payment terms, etc.. A month after signing it he wants to back out. The contract clearly states only the seller can approve this. Since then i have tried to work with him to get this done. I have lowered the price 45% and made other concessions, but he keeps pushing for a better deal. I live in RI, Do I have any legal recourse to get this deal done per the contract? Buyer has already taken possesion of boat, stocked it with his stuff, and altered the sale condition of it. I can't afford to winterize the boat, so keeping it is not an option and it is to late in the season to try to resell.

We are all for diversity here in our, well club. We come up with ways to diversify and eduacate our campus, thats our purpose. But this lady is treating our diverse members like a Disney Land attraction. "Can I touch your hair?" "Do you eat rice for every meal?" "Can you tecah me your Latin style dance?" ( who said I dance?) She feels she is the epitome of tolerance though, but she makes us all feel like zoo creatures! What to do?

You can look at every creation myth from every culture since the dawn of human life, including the creation myth of Genesis, and come away from it knowing that it's myth. Not real. A fanciful story attempting to explain the origin of earth and life on earth. This understanding is due to our scientific advancement. But...

Evolution cannot explain the origin of the materials necessary to create the universe. Where did they come from?

Since the cable co added the box, I can't record anymore. Before the cable box, I had no problem recording my shows. What needs to go into the vcr, and what needs to come out of the cable box? Do I need an A/B switch? Where does that go?

Let me give you a few example like Driving on the wrong side of the lane to get into a car accident, stabbing your self in the stomach with a butcher/steak knife, or Driving your car off a bridge? Those type of tendencies.

There were lebanese ppl in palestine who were kidnapped by israeli's. More added details.

Is this actualy needed? I am not talking about the immediate economic impacts, I mean the long term ones.
I admit, marriage adds stability to a family, a nest egg. but say marriage never existed, I believe that there would have been established other means of stability, because a family is a family, and some sort of family institution is unavoidable.
With that idea, I want to find out your opinion, what ways is marriage a deterent to economic growth, and what ways does it encourage it, and your opionion as a whole.
