I really do not like my job at the moment, and I want to know if it's necessary to still give in 2 weeks notice if you haven't finished your 3 months probation. I don't have a problem finding jobs at all, but I'm professional about all my jobs so I have no problem giving in this 2 weeks notice. Plus I'm not one to just walk out and leave. This is the first time I've left anywhere without staying a significant amount of time. Please help!! Thanks.

So It's been about a year now that we've liked eachohter i guess, but for some reason we haven't been able to ge tpast the just friends thing. I liked him a lot but also liked another guy so i asked him who he liked and he said a girls name who wasn't me, so i went for it and started going out with this other guy who we will call John. then one day when John isn't at school he comes up to me and says is your boyfriend here and i said no and he have me this really big hug and it was like a minute long and said he missed me and we spent lunch together. i was still dating john for like a month and then we broke up for totally separate reasons. Then he asked out the girl who he said he liked and she said no. ( haha) But now He's dating this other chick and whenever he's with her, he just looks at me.and i catch him glancing at me from all the way down the hallways when hes with her and over his shoulder and stuff. they hardly even talk. What is your take on this?

I'm looking for a comedy, but please, so stupid/slap-stick type like 'scary movie' or any other of those teen movies... I'm looking for something witty, with good actors, maybe if you know a foreign funny movie that'd be great! I'm just looking for GOOD comedy... Anyway, just throw it out there... I have suffered with anxiety for 9 years now. There are times when i am doing great, and then i have a setback and get all the symptoms back, ie heart racing, cant breath, trembling, etc... Just wondering when you get flare ups how do you cope with them and symptoms?

I've been renting this beautiful room at a convenient area for 13 months but my nightmare began last Friday when 2 teenage ladies from CHINA moved in & occupied the other room. They never flushed the toilet, leave hair everywhere, use my toiletries, and they talk very loud and slam doors at anytime of the day/night! I told the owner about their filthiness (not the noise) but seems like he's not doing anything about it.
Shifting to a new house will cause me too much inconvenience & more $$$ to pay for each month so is it a stupid decision to pack my bags, because I also don't trust them, they may steal from me as I caught them coming out of the owner's room this morning. I left the dirty china people a note the other night but they ignored it.......!!!!! I'm raging with fury. Why is their culture so nasty?
