I find it disturbing.
I can understand how a family would be desperate enough to stage an intervention, but I can't grasp why they would decide that it should be televised.

I do like the show but I don't really get to watch it.
It does also disturb me when I see how the families are suffering. So sad! And also when the addict just cannot stop even when they say that they want to. I think it was that show where I saw a guy in his car for a really long time free-basing for the last time before he went to rehab. He just could not stop!
Was that the same show?

I like that show...i guess it can be disturbing to some people...but its life and its true and they help people strung out its a great show...i know a few people that could use an intervention

I like it. I love watching the end after rehab and they are happy and feeling good agin.
