No, it's not ok for anyone to do things like that to a child!
It's abuse.
Kids can say no, but CANNOT defend themselves from adults.
and yes, I think u can still report things like that years later.

I can't believe your even asking a question like this.It is down right wrong & yes in my eyes rape.If you know the person doing this then you are just as bad as them by standing by & not telling the police.You definately need to go to the police straight away so they can help this poor helpless child.If it is yourself then you need to get help right away as well.No they don't do anything to deserve it because they are still too young to know what's going on.They will be left with emotional scars all their life & find it hard to trust another person again.No it doesn't make them a slut either because i'm sure they didn't ask for it to happen.No everyone doesn't do it only the sick perverted ones that need to be castrated.If they burn them their no it's not rape but it is downright sick & your even sicker for even thinking to ask these questions.You can do something about it years later as that's when most children tell someone about it when they get into their teens.Alot of people are being jailed years later for something they did quite a few years ago,I've heard of some up to 23yrs later.So don't think you will ever get away with it because in the long run the truth always comes out & you will pay for your thoughtless actions to a poor innoccent child.They can say no & alot of them do but are powerless to control it from happening because an adult is much stronger than a child & they are scared of what will happen.Questions like this make my blood boil & if anyone touched my child in any way I would go to jail for them.Whoever done it would regret they ever did as torture is a great way to get revenge on a sicko

You have alot of questions. The first one is very serious and called : Rape by Instrumentation (using an object to sexually violate another). No, not everyone does that, only criminals. Yes, legal action can be taken against a rapist or child molester/ abuser if police reports are filed and medical evaluation of the victim are done. If you are a victim of this, please go to the police or a teacher and tell them what is happening. If you know someone that is being abused, offer to get them help, if they are a child then tell the police what you know. If you are raping or abusing someone, then you must STOP now, no one deserves to be mistreated or harmed by you, especially an innocent child that trusts you not to hurt them. Get some help, NOW.

it is considered rape. even though the sexual organ(s) has not gone inside. the penetration of either the vagina or anus need not be by a penis, but can be by other objects such as finger or a hand-held object, or the forcing of a penis into a vagina by a female (male rape).
ppl that do this to kids are SICK. and yes the male should have the ***** cut off and not going off to jail to meet some more pricks. the victims are not at falt and yes they do go threw very serious emotional problem later. some do block it out but others need more help in dealing with it to the point that some kill themselves.

What? um. its not rape but they could go to jail for a very long time. You can still report later and you should! Children that are still being abused need to tell a teacher or a police officer. Not everyone does it. It is okay to tell the authorities, and people need too. And people need to not feel bad about doing so.

No not everyone does that people who do that are sick and need to be locked up for good, if this is happening around you or you know this is happening do that child a fava and call the police now or you are just as sick as them!
Rape is when you have sex with someone who doesnt want to or is too young to understand what you are doing!
