So It's been about a year now that we've liked eachohter i guess, but for some reason we haven't been able to ge tpast the just friends thing. I liked him a lot but also liked another guy so i asked him who he liked and he said a girls name who wasn't me, so i went for it and started going out with this other guy who we will call John. then one day when John isn't at school he comes up to me and says is your boyfriend here and i said no and he have me this really big hug and it was like a minute long and said he missed me and we spent lunch together. i was still dating john for like a month and then we broke up for totally separate reasons. Then he asked out the girl who he said he liked and she said no. ( haha) But now He's dating this other chick and whenever he's with her, he just looks at me.and i catch him glancing at me from all the way down the hallways when hes with her and over his shoulder and stuff. they hardly even talk. What is your take on this?

Trish... You need to move on. You definitely dont need guys who cant seem to make up their mind. I wish I could say for sure, he came back because he loves you, but guys can be so dense, and most of the time, they just breeze through life not appreciating things and stuff, at least not until they are gone from their sight.
So, just take it one day at a time.... you'll see, if he comes back to you, then its meant to be, if not, you were never meant to be in the first place. :)

Well perhaps he likes you and he is trying to make you jealous. Sometimes things just don't happen. Your dating and he gets lonely thinking he doesn't have a chance so he goes to someone else and in the mean time you break up with "john". Perhaps the two of you should sit down and talk. See what his feelings are for you and tell him yours. Yes, you'll be putting yourself out there, but it may pay off in the long run.

Well. Let me ask you one thing. Are you enjoying this kind of situation that your imaginative-bf is creating for you? You feel as if he's gonna fall in love with you one day and be your bf?
U may want to consider to give up on this guy. Let him look at you from the corner or whereever, but you cannot keep pursuing this kind of situation.
Guys like that are deemed as, "players". If he really likes you, why show you that, "I am capable of dating other girls" rather than just going for you?
Be strong :) and let him go. Find another guy as there are billions to choose from.
I'm a guy and wouldn't treat you this way.
What's your age by the way? You said, "school"? Are you really a school girl? :) If you are a school girl, why don't you concentrate more on studies rather than LOVE? You're too young anyway, to be in love or, to be hurt by some loser guy :S

Trust me - he is a guy...he has NO CLUE what he is doing. He may like you..thats why he doesnt want to date...take it as a compliment. Girlfriends will come and go ..so will boyfriends like John..but friendship can one day turn into something more long lasting.
Date who ever you like...and keep him as a friend. Dont over think your friendship...just be happy he hugs you, looks for you and can have good convos with you..thats a start to something good.

No do not give up! It sounds like he is totally into you. Just tell him how you feel. And when you ask him who he liked he probably just didn't want to say you because you had already said you like John so he probably didn't think you liked him. Spend time with him and tell him mow you feel then ask him how he fells.
