I have a mother that is 'sick' in the head. She is overbearing and controlling. When I use to live with her, she would take her anger out on me and made me feel bad for arguing with her. She would say: "I've raised you, you un-grateful person" and then threaten to kick me out of the house. Power corrupts absolute power corrupt absolutely, so as you can see, she was 'always right'.

Anyways, one day she made one too many threat and abused her power one too many times. I pack-up my thinks and move out. Now I'm doing great and come home 'once in a while', I have the power to see her, she don't have the power to see me. She don't know where I live, I refuse to let her know.

Now she is trying to make me feel guilty for not sharing me life with her. She abused her power as a mother through out my childhood. So why should I be the proper son if she was not a proper mother. What are your thoughts?

I was using TaxCut 2005 and the cost of living adjusted amounts for the most recently released stats (tax year 2003) below were presented to me:

National Average
Wages $67,182
Interest Income 1,465
Dividends 2,308
Taxable pensions and annuities 22,921
Unemployment compensation 4,981

How is it there are that many people with that high of:
interest income
Dividends
and Unemployment comp?

I hope there isn't someone out there with these exact amounts or there is something wrong here. :-)

Does the taxable pensions and annuities line most likely just reflect retired people?

These figures scare me.

... our leaders are persuing.

In my opinion, our leaders are deliberately targeting muslims and using them as scapegoats for all that is going wrong in society. Does the word 'crusade' fit in with that opinion?

I think that the leaders just want to keep us frightned as their predicessors did during the cold war and now that they can't use russia as the enemy, they are using muslims as a convenient target that fits in with their religious beliefs.

What do you think?

Ok I know that the best answer is DON'T DRINK IT AT ALL but you see I am English and a hot sweet cup of tea is the only thing that makes me human in the morning (ask my husband). I also work around some other pregnant women and they eat Mc Donald’s for lunch and chug down soda's all day long, I do not join in with this and avoid soda wherever possible and I have increased my water intake and nibble on a banana when I need an energy boost but on days that I am working on my feet for hours at a time a starbucks late can be very tempting indeed. I am only 8 weeks pregnant at this stage so my question is how much caffeine is ok?

How can any one believe in the big bang for looking at the colors you can see the imagations behind it? I mean if it was just throw together like in the big bang then the grass would not be green it would be yellow or any other color.
