Can a landlord use Water and Sewerage bill payments, and Water Heater Payments as a tax write off? I know that landlords have to claim rental income on their taxes as income, but are there any write off's? i have been engaged to this guy since february, we have 1 baby together and about to have a second, we did live together but he wasnt ready to play house so to speak yet, so i went back to my parents house found and job and now i'm about to have our second child and things started messing up, i cant say anything to him that he doesnt take as i'm accusing him of something but i try to tell him that what i said was just as a joke and then he automatically goes the route of splitting up, i want to make things work and he says he does, but i need to know how to win his heart for good and cooking for him and all of that kind of stuff didnt seem to work.
