I don't think so i think you just got carried away coz it sounds kike you didn't really know how many you had and were a bit shocked when you realised. If you still buy them and don't wait till you have used most of them then you have a problem.

I think that you may have a problem yes. The next time you go to the shop refrain from buying toilet paper. If for some reason you feel that you have to buy it then that is a worry. It is possible that you have a type of OCD called hoarding which is where a person collects alot of things that they don't need (you don't that much bog roll!) If you feel you need help with this problem, and are too embarrised to confied in someone you know, find out about OCD via the net or books or visit your GP
Of course saying all that, you may have just collected all that loo roll without realising you had that much. Whatever you do I wish you luck.

The fact that you counted that you have 188 loo rolls - to start with - is a worrying factor. The fact that you have that many is an indicator of either shear panic that you might run out - or as you say slightly obsessed with buying them.

Thing is you could do what my mum does - whenever she goes shopping she always buys ham - whether we need it or not - so we always have about 5 packs of ham in fridge - 4 of which are probably out of date cos we cant eat the dam stuff quick enough.

Maybe you should try to go shopping and NOT buy loo rolls.! bet you cant! bet its a natural thing.

at least you know you wont get caught short!

I think we ALL have problems to some extent, we 'more normal' people just keep it under loose control. If you have no room, use this solution (it works for me!) When you buy new towels, you MUST discard some from the closet. Use them for rags; give them to friends or charity, make the dog a bed. The first time will be very hard, but then it will become a routine. I have the same problem with sheets, does a "normal" person need 14 sets of sheets? : ) You are as 'normal' as the rest of us. Enjoy your new towels! PS I have only 36 dish towels... heeehee

Yeah, I'd say you have a problem. Try and figure out why you're buying so much, then maybe you'll be able to correct the problem. Things like this are usually symptomatic of something else so until you figure out what it is, you will continue to buy more than you need. You might need to seek professional help if you can't get to the bottom of this by yourself.

only obsessed if you actually counted them out. otherwise i would put loo rolls at the top of my list of things that i would not like to run out of. you clearly won't have that problem.

obsessed with towels? I don't think so, you can never have to many towels. Now if you count them continuously then yes you would have a problem.
