i am a new writer with no good background. But i can write many shayaris and poems in hindi and urdu. I have ideas to write few films. who can help me in publishing it. How can i let others know about it. Please tell me. I am serious

why dont u try sending ur stuff to some famous writers.. i know about Khushwant Singh... I think he can be of great help.. But don't put anything on internet as u know how bad piracy is..

Publishing will not make you a best seller and you won't get paid. Take your work and meet some music directors and film producers. They only need people like you.
