Smear vaseline on your feet before going to bed and wear an old pair of cotton socks. When you wake up the vaseline has been absorbed and your feet will become soft. Depends how dry your skin is - might need to do it a few times if really bad.

Boots do a good range of foot products, or avon, i use an exfoliating foot scrub from boots working it in usin a pumice stone obviously concentrating on the main parts where is most needed ie the heels etc then wash off and put a cooling foot gel or moisturiser on after. i do this about once a week and it works wonders especially on horrible feet like mine x

Organic, fair trade cocoa or shea butter would work perfectly -- all the additives in fancy products just make the basic nut butter smell nice and last longer. Even a little warmed olive oil (NOT vegetable oil) will work wonders. The secret is to spend lots of time massaging the butter or oil, particularly into heels and pads. This will also relieve foot pain, improve circulation & generally make you feel great.

Not sure if this was posted yet, but before bed clump Vaseline all over your feet and I mean glob it on then put socks on. Keep the socks on all night and by the morning your feet will be soft. You can also do this for your hands(never tried). But I do my feet more in the winter time because that's when they are the driest.

I know of an excellent line of foot products, as well as other products your whole body. The skin care line is really as good as or better than those you would purchase in a fine department store and pay twice as much. You can always return the product for a full refund if you dont like it. If you wish more information you can contact me directly at ...

i am a podiatrist (or chiropodist if you prefer) and we recommend AQUEOUS CREAM....dead cheap at about £2 for big pot/tub. Need to use it at least once if not twice a day and also file the skin on your feet with a diamon deb or foot dresser from Boots (approx £6). You could use a pumice also. Best time to moisturise is either after a bath/shower in evening or first thing in the morning.
Hope this helps.

Glycerine is the main product in most lotions. You can buy a small bottle (which goes a long way) at your drugstore for about $3. Works the best with the "overnight sock trick". It's wonderful!

after you have a bath use a footfile to file the hard skin. Then apply heel softening cream followed by moisturising foot cream. then put on a pair of socks (this helps to absorb the cream), and you will have lovely soft feet.
I recommend the creams from AVON, as i find these really effective, and they are cheaply priced.

Try L'Occitane Lavender foot cream, its divine. Apply overnight and wear socks for a really deep softening of your feet. They have shops in a lot of high streets or you can buy off QVC. Ive been using for a few years and nothing on the high street, i.e Boots type brands can touch it.

Use a pumice stone daily in the bath. Before you go to bed, smother your feet in Vaseline and put on a pair of old socks. Results are amazing!
