You should likely check for a pulse for the guy with mold on his head...does he move? Tell the teacher you can't concentrate because of the smell & other distractions.
I'd really be concerned about the mold though...hopefully he's okay....give him a poke with your pencil...that's just disturbing!

If you are close to the back, say you have eyesight problems and you want a seat up front so you can see clearly. (And emphasize that just getting spectacles are not enough because you are a special case)
Or say that you can't concentrate in class sitting where you are and would like to sit closer to the teacher.
Last resort: just tell her the truth.

Just ask her very politely if you could have your seat changed, and state that you feel very uncomfortable in your current position.
If she asks why, just say that you would rather not get into any details, and you would prefer to focus on the future.

You really need to see your teacher after class. She/He should respect the fact that you went to her/him privately. As long as you say it in a respectable manner, she/he should make arrangements to let you move.

You can tell her you have trouble seeing or hearing and asked to be moved to the front row.

Explain to her what's going on. She may or may not move you but she may get involved to help you solve some issues you may have with your classmates.
