My favorite is one flew over the cuckoos nest, but the parallax view is pretty good aswell.

Whereby scotty and the group are grown ups, and he was doing baseball reporting for Benjamin, the friend who encouraged him years ago when he was still a timid young boy.
At the end, Ben, after a successful hit, turned and give Scotty a thumbs up from the pitching field, Scotty smiles, and return the thumbs up. Then the camera rolled to the side wall of Scotty's little room, whereby there hangs a photo of their childhood gang.

The best movie ending for me was the end to 'Layer Cake'
with Daniel Craig and Sienna Miller...i dont want to give the end away but i leaves you in such shock!
Ooo and 'Derailed' with Clive Owen and Jennifer Aniston, such a twist in the story, i never would have guessed

My favorite is SPIDER-MAN 2 (2004), when Mary Jane Watson dumped the astronaut at the altar to be with Peter Parker/Spider-Man, despite all risks, and after a series of beautiful, passionate kisses, Peter Parker/Spider-Man hears the siren and Mary Jane Watson says to him, "Go get 'em, Tiger!"

'Under Suspicion ' - Liam Neeson and Laura San Giacamo star.... rent it, watch it, and you'll see why the ending is so good
The ending of Sixth Sense has to be a close runner up.
