I use lloyds on line banking to make sure things have been paid in , check on direct debits and transfer money from one account to another. I am satisfied that there is adequate security.

huh? Just go to the F.A.Q section of the banks you are interested in & read up on their 'Online Security Policy'. They all have this somewhere on their sites.

I bank with the Bank of the Ozarks and I use it to check balances and to see if checks have cleared. I have never had any problem with it at all.
