I am going to the north-eastern part of India for the first time to meet husband's family. I would like to bring a gift for the young lady (age 16-17) who works in his parents' home.

My husband suggests I should get something special that she wouldn't be able to find in India (and yes, I am aware that in the bigger cities like Mumbai, you can purchase most of the things like we have in the US, but this young lady lives in far from the cities).

I want to give her something she'll love, but I just don't know what! Clothing and/or jewellery probably won't work because the tastes are far too different here and there.

Desi girls, please help me out! This young lady is so sweet, I really want to bring her something that she'll enjoy.

in what i've tried so far, the column keeps being placed below the pre-existing content rather than to the right. the page has lots of tables, etc. but i was hoping there'd be a simple way to insert a column to the right of everything that's already there. i'd like to avoid frames if possible. thanks!
