Not necessarily. You know there are thousands of Yogas..Out of all the Yogas "Pancha Maha Yogas" counts heavily...They are :-Mangal causes..Ruchaka Yoga; Budha causes Bhadra Yoga; Guru causes Hamsa Yoga; Sukra causes Malviya Yoga and Shaani causes Sasha Yoga.. In order to get one Yoga out the Five above said Pancha Maha Yoga, one should have done great virtue in the previous birth. According out old-gold Vedic Texts..only Sri Ram (Lord Sri Ram) had all these five Pancha Maha Yogas in his birth chart..hence HE is otherwise called Panch Maha Purusha'
Thefore if one among the Pancha Maha Yoga is present and if it is afflicted then it is a cause of concern. I have seen some horoscope with three Pancha Maha Yoga but all the three were afflicted in one way other so what is the use...??
In the horoscope of Akbar the great (Moghal Emperoe) he had three Pancha Maha Yoga with out afflictions.

The person born in Malavya Yoga will have strong limbs, will be resolute, wealthy and endowed with wife, children and good fortune, will be prosperous, will eat good food, enjoy pleasures and command good vehicles, and will become famous and learned. He will possess unperturbed senses.
These and other yogas occur fairly frequently, but every has them does not enjoy their effects in full, and some do not enjoy their effects at all, except perhaps in their dreams.
