I got arrested at the A's game for being drunk in Public. I live in California. They held me and let me go with a court date. I'm only 18 so what can i expect as far as a punishment goes. The officer (which seemed to lie alot) said they would most likely drop the charges. What are all the consequences i can face? I don't really care to fight it just want to know what will happen.

So to sum it up, Baseball game, Drunk, Arrested, 18.

As a matter of fact the first ones "here" in the Americas were the Solutreans. The Solutreans were European. So can we get over the topic of "stolen land" please and focus on the fact that it is 2006 and immigration laws are being broken? Also...no offense...but "Native Americans" have been pulling the wool over everyones eyes with the "we were here first" bull.

I've read and saw a lot of answers and quetions of non-believer tryna explain away the truth of God and Christ.But I still havnt seen a good answwer or a good atempt to explain why the world we live in is organized.According to science if everything is random, then shouldnt some peoples heads be where their feet are?or private parts where the nose is?Or eyes in the back of the head?Wouldnt the random univers form water in the sky or trees that grow unside down?Not that it doesnt maybe happen every couple million years(according to scientist) but why arnt planets and moons shooting all over the place like balls on a pool table instead of in there tight obits like now?And why dont we get engulfed by blackholes at random?Would you care to explain why everything is or atleast appears organized if there is no god?
I mean that is right isnt it?If we were an unanticipated event why isnt everything spiraling out of control like scietific theory says.Ive heard most excuses for no god.this one?

I'm helping my 14 year-old give a halloween party this year and I want to know what we can do to make it great. We have some really fun games planned, and some cool ideas for food/snacks, but we want this party to be more than the usual. Also, my daughter wants to give out first, second, and third place prizes for costumes and have the guests choose who wins. Do you think this is an OK idea? I don't want anyone to feel left out becuase of what they can or cannot get for their costume.
