I say 4 years of university @ University of Alberta, Canada and that depends which school. Or you could go to a college for 1 year and get transfer to university for probably 3 to 4 years of university. I know many who went to these kind of school and it is hard work at first. Do a lot of research on it and get a lot of information from Pharmacist about it. They do have to take a test every so often and go to lots of conferences too. I don't know about drug test, but some companies may do it to screen out addicts. Good luck.

Pharmacy college can take everywhere from 6-8 years. 6 years in case you do not have a bachelors (and purely an complete required classes) and four 3 hundred and sixty 5 days pharmacy college. 8 years in case you pass to varsity, get a Bachelor's degree and then pass to Pharamcy college. some faculties (like the college of the Pacific) have 5-6 3 hundred and sixty 5 days classes for undergraduates and you graduate with a Pharm. D. in case you prefer to appreciate what classes to take, you are going to be taking organic and organic chemistry, physics, biology, and pharmacology (all even with the incontrovertible fact that your utility to pharmacy college could be greater aggressive in case you have a bachelor's degree). sturdy luck.
