I have a new way to present resumes to employers, any ideas on who to contact to sell idea?

This will save both future employees and employers time and money. I need help, to get this to the right people. Can anyone advise?

What is wrong with the current way. People like to have a resume in their hand, make notes on it, pass it around for comments. Make copies and distribute it. . . blah, blah, blah, don't try to re-invent the wheel.
