I have a new way to present resumes to employers, any ideas on who to contact to sell idea?

This will save both future employees and employers time and money. I need help, to get this to the right people. Can anyone advise?

It's my understanding that idea developers don't pay too much for ideas. You're better off trying to develop it yourself. It might be relatively inexpensive to do on the internet.
