okay well im just curious last night i felt this little lump right above my left hip bone.. its not part of my hip because it moves if i pull the skin toward a side. I play basketball and dive but it isnt bruised and doesnt hurt what could it be?

800 laps. At nite (yesterday still) i was streching and suddenly my calf hurt so much!! ( i think i pulled a muscle) and i just massaged it for like 2 min and the pain went away... but today i tried JOGGING and my calf hurt!! WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THE PAIN GO AWAY!!!???!!! thanks

He has been diagnosed for 3 years and meds that he has tried have scared him (and the rest of us) with bad side effects. So has been unmedicated. He recognized the beginning of this phase (we have seen some horrific episodes in the last couple years), anyway he is going today to see about medication (probably lithium).
Any ideas/experiences about side effects or how long it takes to build up to effective levels would be greatly appreciated!

I have a debate in U.S. history tomorrow, and I have to argue that all troops should be removed from Iraq in 30 days. I only chose the topic to balance it the group, and hence, will somewhat play Devil's Advocate. I've got a few ideas, but still I'd like to know what you think.

I have 2 beautiful kids, they are ages 5 and 1... After I had my 1st child I weighed 215lbs.

I now weigh 115lbs, and I also exclusively breastfed both of my kids for over one year.

Between the weight loss and the breastfeeding, my body is in deplorable condition. I am 21 years old...

It's not that I want to look good for others, but I want to be happy when I am naked before I get in the shower and catch a glimpse of myself or when I put on a swimsuit at the beach...


My bf thinks I want my excess skin removed so that I can be sexy for other men..

How do I explain to him in a way he can understand, that I did all the work of losing over 100 lbs, and I just want to get rid of unsightly loose skin?

And b4 you say he is okay with it, I want you to know that he has called me "The Elephant Man" and "Freddy Krueger."
