i want to try to find my grandfathers picture

was he in germany? girl, i have found ongodly german world war II stuff at my moms last weekend. Amazing things. pictures of men in combat. papers signed by Hitler. my mom came here in 68. she brought all her dadsa army stuff. its been in her closet for years. now i know why she wouldnt let us mess with it. really cool stuff.

That would be hard to do unless it was already in his possesion. There are many sites that have pictures but you need to find out his company's name and all that sort of stuff like his name and his commanding officer. there are thousands if not millions of photographs of ww2 out there you just need to know the right stuff if you really want to find one. This first link can find your info on you grandfather then just search for the unit photos if they are out there somewhere on the net....the second link has some of the most famous ww2 photos if you were very very lucky you might see him but i doubt it...
