800 laps. At nite (yesterday still) i was streching and suddenly my calf hurt so much!! ( i think i pulled a muscle) and i just massaged it for like 2 min and the pain went away... but today i tried JOGGING and my calf hurt!! WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THE PAIN GO AWAY!!!???!!! thanks

Always,always,always stretch before you do any exercising activity. It will help you because:

1.) makes your heart push your blood so it will circulate around your body.

2.) causes you to sweat more (nasty,but the outcome will be great!)

3.) Makes your muscles move easily without cracking,and with well lubricated (stretched) muscles you will be able to do your physical activity with less stress of injuring yourself.

Take some ibuprofin... Youll be fine. I take it after I've worked out really hard one day but wish to continue working out the next day when I feel sore. It makes the soreness go away.

You probably didn't pull anything, you just have sore muscles because you are not used to running (right?). Take Motrin, it is a muscle relaxer.

u should try to strech that side because streching really helps me alot when im hert. also if that doesnt help than rest and read.

well dont jog because if you are sick it willhurt more than running i kow that has happen to me
