Not at all.....Just don't scare her....more than likly 13 year olds are new to relatioships.....Don't jump into anything....take some babysteps.....there not old enough to take big leaps yet...you have to walk befor you can run.....if you crowd them, their gunna end up not liking you the way they 1st did......Let them have there space(let them breath)!
And most 13 year olds don't want to be forced into sex....let her know when the time comes the time comes...let her fell comterbul around you 1st...then she wont be to shy!
Let her be herself...not someone toatly diffrent!

A little. When you are 15/16 years old, you are or should be in high school. You are a couple of years away from graduating. Depending on the state you live in, you should be about ready to get a license to drive a car.

A 13 year old on the other hand is still a baby. They are still in junior high school. They are just going through puberty.

Find someone who is your age.

as a general rule: divide your age by 2 and add 7.

16/2=8,
8+7=15.

so 13 might be a bit young, but it does depend on her maturity.
