Myhubby is in he US Air Force. Every unit he has worked in has had the standard black t-shirt with the embroidered patch on the chest. Many of the shirts he has are from our time in Japan and are very special to him. Naturally, he has worn the shirts to shreds but he wants to keep them for the sentimental value. I want to try and do something for him as a gift, using the patches. The shirts are simply to worn to make into a quilt and I really can't sew. I was thinking of cutting the patches from the shirt and maybe doing a shadow box with them....or find a way to use them in scrapbooking. ANy ideas or suggestions would be welcome! Thanks

I am looking for a well-behaved guardian dog for my mum. My nephews (6 and 9 years old) occasionally visits her so I would like a dog which is gentle with kids. I am concern with the safety issues at the place my mum lives in. Just recently her neighbour had a break-in (armed with knives!)

I have a 1996 Saturn SC with 136,000 miles that burns about a quart of oil every 400 - 500 miles. I use the car to deliver newspapers in and I drive approx 700 miles a week. When I got my oil changed last time the tech. recommended a synthetic oil and said that it should help slow down the burn. IT DIDN'T!. What is the best grade to go with in my situation?

The media claims its possible that Iraqi Police were victims of a purposeful food poisoning incident.

Can or will iraqi forces be able to keep thier ranks secure from infiltration and threats to security?

If they cant trust the food supply... what measures would it take to make them safe from such attacks on thier health and also from corrupt personnel?

Is George Bush responsible for the nuclear ambitions of Iraq and North Korea?

He made up reasons (WMD) to attack Iraq?

It seems to me that the way to prevent George Bush from attacking a country is for it to actually have weapons of mass destruction.

N. Korea has nukes...Bush is not attacking them.
Iran either is close to having them or already has them...Bush is not attacking them either.

What kind of message is this sending to rogue nations and terrorist groups? Get nukes, and Bush will leave you alone!!
