sounds like you might be a school leaver - which makes me wonder why your school careers officer hasn't offered to help - or haven't you spoken with them? If you haven't you need to - you need a CV (Curriculum Vitae) and a personal statement - this is selling yourself - something we all have to do when trying to get a job.
If you haven't got contact with the school careers office - call in/contact your local job centre to make an appointment with their careers/jobs adviser - they will definitely assist you in your efforts.
Alternatively, you could try, once you have compiled and prepared a cv (have a look at Monster.com) and approach companies/businesses yourself - make sure you turn up looking the part - very business like and smart - and be enthusiastic - in fact that goes for any interview, whether you applied through an agency or cold called.

With respect you do not show too much initiative in attempting to secure any sort of employment in this manner. Your one line application for employment is pathetic in itself and no genuine employer would offer you any sort of placement on the strength of it. Should you receive any ' job ' offer resulting from this application, PLEASE treat any with great caution and do seek advice from your family or friends first.
Why do you not prepare a CV, detailing your talents, and then seek advice at your local Job Centre.
