No. The Bible says there is only one. That is all that is required to create the universe. There is nothing said about procreation until the animals and people are created.

If your talking about the inhabitants (humans) then yes, just like us there must be a Man and a Woman. People have a hard time understanding such a simple concept that even for God he can not create a human with out the help of his wife.

God by definition is a figure not meant to be understandable by man in his present mortal condition. God doesn't need procreation since all was created by Him. Man cannot apply his understanding of the universe to God.
