I personally enjoy wearing briefs when I'm in my formals as psychologically it will mean that I'm not covered in layers and layers of clothing.

For crying out loud they had a .600 record in the regular season. The playoffs is just a crapshoot.

OUTSIDE
The big, blue sky,
Smooth moving green grass.
Hot and Cold,
Harsh and Clear.

When there is a harsh storm,
Stay in your dorm.
When it’s clear,
Have no fear!

House to house,
In the city.
In the country,
No neighbors are near.

Hot will burn,
Cold will freeze.

Hot Coco or ice cream,
If you please.

Even though every season you will get the occasional sneeze!!

A lady I met says that my cat is of a specific breed. I just thought I had a normal Hines 57 cat. She couldn't recall the name of the breed. So that made me curious to find out what breed Mr. Bojangles is... I've looked at a few websites but he's not listed on there. Does anyone know of a good website that has MANY breeds of different cats? Thanks :-)

A cry..
A sigh..
A sniffle...
Lost now
In the sounds
Of the storm
That is venting
Its anger outside.

A name...
A scream...
A whisper...
Escape your lips.
And is remembered.
Forged by your emotion.
It is seared into my memory.

A word...
A sentence...
A long story...
Flows into my ears.
Triggering something deep
And I suddenly remember it all.

Feelings...
Emotions...
A young love...
Visits my mind once again.
And fills me with happiness.

of course i know it is wrong to murder a human, and it also seems that abortion is wrong in the eyes of God, so i was wondering(stupid question probably but i was interested!), what about animals? Is putting an animal to sleep wrong. i know it may be suffering, but isnt taking life-taking life? I am not talking about killing animals for food either.

Hope my rambling question makes sense!

A few years ago Yorkshire Arts advertised meetings for a black women writers group. Nobody turned a hair or thought of this as strange.
But what if someone started up a group for white women writers ?
Then what????
I wish to offend no-one by this question - I wouldn't willingly hurt anyone's feelings. But surely this kind of thing shouts loudly 'double standards'!

NB I do not know whether this particular group is still in existence, or still connected to Yorkshire Arts.

Im a Christain right now and I believe In Jesus and what he did and that he is the only way and I have been a christian since I was a small boy but now were studying Buddhism in world history and im learning SO much about Buddhism and it has a lot of the same basic principles about how to live your life and Buddhism makes SO much sense to me. Buddhism doesnt worship the statue of Buddha, they worship one All Powerful god just like Christianity but they just put a statue of Buddha in there house as a symbol of joy, happiness, and wisdom. And I was going to convert to Zen-Buddhism, they have all the same beliefs as regular Buddhists but they believe that once you live a few lives and after a few reincarnations and moving closer to god adn becoming one with god that there's a heaven after that happens instead of just being freed from the reincarnation cycle (kinda like Christianity except with reincarnations). Should I just convert to Zen-Buddhism or what? I dont no what to do!!! HELP!!!

I did not set up my yard as a grocery store for predator birds. I enjoy nature as much as anybody, but the sight of one animal eating another is not my idea of fun. I am not going to embrace the bird and respect his rights. So I guess shooting it is the next best thing. Next for the suggestion.
