I prefer Diet Coke!

HaHaHa. Good Question. McDonalds kinda defeats the purpose of a diet in itself, especially with a supersize meal. But the one situation I could think of, and I may still be wrong, is if the person is diabetic and cannot have natural sugar and must have artificial sweeteners. Hell I don't know. Maybe they like the taste of diet drinks better.

Cos I'm the size of a house, a caffeine addict and a diabetic all rolled (and I do mean rolled!) into one, man.

If I drank enough regular coke to satisfy my caffeine needs, I'd be sweating syrup and falling into a coma. Which, despite the Edvard Munch and Salvador Dali dreams, can really put a crimp in your day. Meanwhile, the Supersize meal is almost a karmic experience - it's like you're saying "I know I shouldn't be in here in the first place, I know they deforest great swathes of woodland, and run a cultural empire that makes us all McConsumers. So punish me. Punish me now and make it hurt." The Supersize meal is part penance, part gluttony gone wild.

cos people think that buying diet coke means that they are in some way correcting the naughtiness of buying a supersize meal! They are not!

don't order the supersize. Get the diet coke and a candy bar. That way, you can use the "cancelling out" thing to your advantage.

Did you know that diet soda causes your pancreas to produce as much insulin,if not more, than regular sodas with sugar?
You wont loose weight by drinking diet soda. In fact you could gain weight. Like having a big mac (bleeeyuk) and a diet soda.
Stay away from Mc D and drink water!

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/rBUTf

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.
