A cry..
A sigh..
A sniffle...
Lost now
In the sounds
Of the storm
That is venting
Its anger outside.
A name...
A scream...
A whisper...
Escape your lips.
And is remembered.
Forged by your emotion.
It is seared into my memory.
A word...
A sentence...
A long story...
Flows into my ears.
Triggering something deep
And I suddenly remember it all.
Feelings...
Emotions...
A young love...
Visits my mind once again.
And fills me with happiness.

Your poem sounds bitter sweet to my ears. I have several one word poems I have wrote, myself. Don't let anyone discoureage you, you keep writing your poems they will become famous someday if you make them. I have written a book of my poems and had it published, it isn't taking off like a wild fire but its out there and a few people are enjoying them anyways. I have sold my last 8 and have to have more published as soon as I come up with the money, times are tight right now. Keep up the beautiful work! Hugs! Von

Despite what others might have said, I personally don't like this style of poetry, but to each his own. The expression of emotion is nice though. Try some more descriptive language or more sophisticated modalities of expression to give your writing more depth and vibrancy.

Very interesting poem. It makes me think how some people feel when they depressed and also it makes me think of someone who finally finds happiness at the end. You should write somemore of this stuff that was good.

I think of passion, sorrow, love, remorse and joy. Its a pretty good poem.
