Vietnam and Iraq are the same. Both can not be won. Only a Idiot would think that the USA can win in Iraq. It's a no win war. The Russians found that out in Afghanistan long ago.

Because he is stupid! He is so stupid he can't even listen to his father or go after the real people who went after the trade center!!

If Bush wasn't a deserter and went to Vietnam to fly an F105 THUD, his mind might have something in it besides alcohol and cocaine!

His father said what was he going to tell a military mother when her son was killed on the way thru Iraq, there was no exit strategy and he would be violating the UN Resolutions

Well not sure what point you're trying to make. But you probably need to read some history. Probably should read what the North Vietnamese have said to actually understand what happened in Vietnam.

The Tet offensive was portrayed by the American media as a great victory for the Vietcong. However, according the North Vietnamese the Vietcong were virtually wiped out. The North Vietnamese army had to take over their functions. They were ready to quit and the War would have ended, 5 years sooner than it did.

It wasn't until the North Vietnamese saw protesters in the U.S. that they saw the chance to win by just hanging on. People just like you lost the war in Vietnam.

The bombing campaigns of Nixon had them ready to quit as well. The problem was we tried to fight a politically war and didn't attack anti-aircraft batteries parked next to schools and hospitals. Again thanks to people just like yourself.

And in Iraq the terrorist have figured out they can't defeat our troops. You are their only hope. You and your worthless anti-american weasel friends are the only hope they have to Win. Thanks a lot, nice of you to put your petty political squabble ahead of the security of your own country.

It's not! When we left Vietnam Pol Pot killed tens of millions of people. Bush doesn't want that to happen again in Iraq. Do you?

Because of the 911 invasion of the US ( not that Iraq did it) there was an assumption that the American peoploe would actually stand behind its government like it did in WWI or WWII
