How is it when actors are right in each thers face after they just got done eating... their breath doesn't stink? And how do i do that at school? I know there's prolly many of you out there who are gum chewers like me. After i eat lunch @ school how do i get my breath to not have a smell. w/o buying that expensive toothepaste, or mints or whatever! How the hell do u guys do it? And how do actors do it?

I am looking to tone out mostly, not grow much bigger at all. i have a small frame with little fat on me, and i was wondering if i had to work my muscles to failure just to tone up. I usually do it to where i am straining pretty good(in the past)on my last set. i havent worked out long enough to see much results, so i am starting monday and going 2 days for upper body and 2 days lower body. I am not motivated enough nor have the time to work out like a pro or anything, i just wanna look good. Any suggestions?

I turned down a dance with my Dream Guy...I never thought he would ever like me he is a senior in high school and I just admired him and looked at how awsome he is...lol but anyways I didn't dance with him cus I didn't wanna mess up.
