You didn't say how old you are but I had small boobs up until I was 21 then they started to grow again all of a sudden.
If you really want surgery make sure you have thought everything through. Find out all the pro's and cons and write them down and weigh them up.
Are you happy to have them redone every 15-20 years?
Would you be bothered if you couldn't breast feed your children?
Do you know it takes longer for your body to heal when you are a smoker?
Not all men want big breasts in a woman, it doesn't mean you look bad if your boobs are small!
I think small boobs can look just as good! You can wear whatever you want! You don't end up with black eyes when you run!
Good luck on whatever you decide

Ok there are two things that need to be addressed here-
The first is the obvious one, and that is being comfortable in your own skin. I dont think surgery is the way,, unless there is something medically wrong with you, and having small breasts doesnt fall under that category. Why spend thousands of pounds on implants (silicon...plastic breasts-yuk!!) when you could make proper use of the money to enhance the quality of your life.
To put it blunty there are millions of people starving in the world, and you are considering a boob job to make yourself look better? It seems to me like pure vanity.
If they are small you can inhance them other ways, (padded bra breast enhancment pills or herbal ways, etc) and you should be comfortable in your own skin. Start from the inside outwards i say :)
I am a small B cup, and i wouldnt ever consider having a boob job- or any other plastic surgery, as this is exactly what it is - putting plastic into your body that will cost you thousands of pounds, cause you great discomfort-and will have to replaced in 10 years time. Never mind the fact, that if you actually sit down to think about it, it isnt worth it and you dont need it.
What are you going to do when you are 60? Go and get yet ANOTHER boob job? Yuck!!
Secondly, if you are foolish enough to smoke, then whatever occures from your smoking habits is entirely your own fault. I dont need to tell you what the dangers are-unless you have been on another planet recently you will have noticed the thousands upon thousands of signs, smoking bans, NHS stop smoking services, newspaper headlines, and cancer suffers resulting from smoking.
Get a grip-and invest the money for your potential boob job, into giving up smoking and going to get help to do so. Go to your doctor or start with nicotine patches. It seems like you are lacking in security.
This is possibly the best advice you could get!
Good luck x

i'd love a boob job, just can't afford it!! procedures are very safe these days, but make sure you find out the history and reputation of a clinic or surgeon before using them. Not sure if being a smoker makes any difference, but maybe new boobs will be a good incentive to quit! good luck!

Breast augmentation is available on the NHS in the UK if both your GP and the consultant plastic surgeon feel that having the operation would improve your psychological health. If this is the case, you will be given implants which would be in proportion with your body - you will NOT end up like Jordan!
If you're really serious about this, you MUST give up smoking. Firstly, smoking increases your anaesthetic risk, and secondly it means that the scars won't heal as well as those of a non-smoker.
You also need to be aware of the potential risks of surgery, i.e. infection, implant rupture and capsular contracture (where excessive scar tissue forms around the implant - this will require further surgery). Implants can last up to 10 years on average, and will need to be changed at some point.
Good luck with whatever you decide. :)

I have a small chest myself (34 A) and I do get a tiny bit tired of being so small but sometimes I'm glad that I don't have the back pain of the larger ladies and the attention too. I'm married and my hubby likes me the way I am. I wouldn't try to change what you have because there are the risks and then what if you aren't happy afterwards? Life is too short to not learn to be happy with what we have... =)

What has smoking got to do with it. I would suggest asking friends if you need a boob job. What difference will it make other than cosmetic. Spend the money on something positive like a holiday or spend some time with friend,

Don't do it. Most men like breasts whatever their size as lots of the answers have shown. I have always had small breasts but now that I am getting on a bit my small breasts are still fine and in the right place. Big boobs tend to sag much more quickly because of the weight,

Why are so many women obsessed with having huge boobs?
Just look at Posh Spice / Victoria Beckham to convince yourself they actually look totally false and disproportionate.
Remember, lots of men like small boobs rather than an enormous great rack..

If this is something you are seriously thinking about doing, make sure you are doing it for yourself and not for the sake of someone else or what you see on tv or in magazines etc.
The surgeon might request that you stop smoking for at least 3 months or so before they will perform the operation.

Boob Job surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
