i have a crush and my firend likes him.... he likes her too....i dont no what 2 do.... im crushed..... im not friends wit her anymore cause i told her i couldnt take the preasure..... me and him r just friends.... does it have 2 stay that way..... + they have a lot of fights.... but im thinking i should just let it go.....i always end up crying when i get home.... like tell me something and quick!!! tell me how you would feel if your fav crush liked ure friend and she liked him and u like him 2.. what would u do??

Ok. I'm getting married in 5 months. We have only just booked a hall for the ceremony/reception. I have my dress, but the girls don't have theirs. Perhaps I'm getting a bit ahead of myself. This is my issue.

I have a 16 yr old sister that wouldn't stop bugging me about being my maid of honor. She's extremely obnoxious and irresponsible. She's young...she does nothing but lie...But, I felt pressured to tell her yes.

We work at the same place. We also live 6 houses down from one another..2 blocks away from where we work. She always ends up getting in trouble when she hangs out with her friends, so when she's not on the clock, she's at the job anyway. I am a childcare provider.

Last saturday, I had a particularly largs bunch of very mean, snobby and rowdy kids. She was working with me that night. One of the kids got on her nerves so bad that she decided to up and leave without telling ANYONE. We had around 18 or so kids.

what about how when i am in a bad mood country tends to really piss me off and the only song i can stand is "going through hell" also when i am pissed i seem to be more attracted to metal and other verities of rock but if i hear rap i end up even more pissed!

I don't understand a holiday where people take a day or two off of work to prepare food for 8 hours, then eat it all in 20 minutes until they're so full they feel sick. Then the men go unbutton their pants and watch a ballgame on TV while the women clean up the mess.

I realize what the true intention of the holiday originally was, but anymore it's just an excuse to take the day off, see your family, and make a pig of yourself.

If people were truly thankful, they'd probably FAST that day so that they'd appreciate the plentiful food they have the rest of the year.

This motivational speaker type came into one of my classes with his long-winded and boring presentation about 'building a resume'. Two quotes that struck me as incredibly stupid were "Employers don't give a hoot what your GPA is" and "if you don't have any job experience, nobody will hire you".

If employers never hired anyone without job exeprience, how would anyone get job experience in the first place? With regards to the first, why would anyone want to pass hiring a smart, hard-working A-student to instead hire an unmotivated and stupid C student? This guy seems to be here on the mission of scaring undergrads into going out and working as underpaid labor for local companies.

Should I take him seriously or is he full of crap?

Im in middle school this year and i have a few real good friends... 4 guys and there are 3 other girls. we've been great friends but one of the guys name is jake and he had a bday party 2day. he invited the same guys but us n 4 other girls which is totally fine but then he told them things that we've been asking for years and they've never told us... we all went inside for like, 2 hours, and none of them noticed at all. they ignored us, and when we came back out, they thought we'd been there the whole time. then it was dark and after the fire (we were roasting hot dogs) me and one of the first four girls stayed at the fire (we had tried before to hang out and make things work but we were invisible even when we'd say something) then when it was dark, they all left the fire and started tackling eachother to the grass like we used to... but the way that they did it was different. they were rolling on eachother basically. is it wrong to feel like we're being replaced now that they're here?

I can imagine a God who works through evolution, and I don't think the past existence of dinosaurs, etc in itself poses any problem for religious belief, BUT if humanity has gradually evolved, how can ape-man of generation G be an animal, and generation
G + 1 be a human with an immortal soul? It is ridiculous to imagine a gradual development of primitive souls. This seems to be an insuperable objection to a Christian accepting evolution, and any such Christian is committing what Orwell called "doublethink" - accepting two contradictory ideas simultaneously. What do you think?

We've been friends for awhile now and I dont know what to do. She's soo beautiful, and I watch every guy hit on her everywhere we go and when they get what they want I'm there to cry on my shoulder. See I really know her, how smart and funny and special she really is. But after telling me about the new guy last night its killing me a little on the inside. I am taking 75 mg effexor daily, and ativan 2x a day as needed. They are .5 mg, but i took .75 mg tonight cause i am freaking out with anxiety. does anyone else take these 2 together for anxiety? do they work well?
