1. For muscles to stop hurting?
2. To feel results?
3. To see results?
4. For the workout *not* to seem like a chore?
I just finished my first 2 days of working out, after not having done ANY exercise in over 5 years! I'm not overweight, but I'm definitely not "fit" by any means, either... lol. i.e. I am in all-around horrendous shape, complete with jiggly butt syndrome... yuck! =D Also, I'm in paaaaaaain from these last two days. Any answers to the above questions, or words of advice / support? Thanks in advance, everyone! =)
