That being said, you CAN lose five pounds in a week, but it will mostly be a fluid loss. Five pounds of FAT represents so much caloric energy, that you could stop eating right now, and under normal conditions still be chewing through the first couple of pounds of fat a week from now. The fluid loss from the tissues would easily be more than five pounds however for most people under normal conditions.
One thing to be careful of. If you try to rock your world and lose five pounds in a single week, your body will be more than happy to bring back the five pounds, plus a little more just for good measure. Binge dieting is one of the best ways to gain weight.

cut out sugar and sof drinks from your diet
fatty meats
carbs like lots of cereal or pasta bread
any EAT lots of fruit veggies lean meats
and drink water and fat free milk
and start taking a mile walk twice a day or jog
you can not lose 5lb of fat in one week so try something that will work
healthy weight loss is 1-2lb a week
in fat
any thing else is just water loss so be careful it can get tricky

you can try to gain 5 lbs of muscle to replace the fat. Work out as much as you can but make sure to eat also.

You should run twice a day. Eat fruit, yogurt, and lots of salad and vegetables. Drink as much water as you can. Try to go to the sauna a few times a week too. This helps. It's what they tell us to do in the Airforce.
