I want to get into investing in property but my credit is crap. I was told about hard money, basicly loans at an high percentage rate. I think that's my only way in. My plan is to get the money and repair the homes and what's left use for monthly note. Basicly pay them back with their own money. Do you think this is a good idea? Where should I start to find a hard money loan?

My fiance wants to get a kitten but I'm afraid he'll scratch up our young son. I mentioned getting it declawed and he lost his mind. I could see if we let the cat go outside it would need them, but he'll be indoors. What should i do??

I am 17 weeks preggo, and am feeling so miserable because of all the things going on right now. I need advice on a lot of things, including how to relax and take my mind off of these things. I have had the worst week this week. I had a calculus test on monday and missed it because my husband got into trouble with his car and the plates on it, and it had to be towed, and i had to pay for that (with this week's grocery money) and watch my son. i am feeling so sick this week. i was on medication for my nausea, but don't have enough money to refill the prescription. i have not gained any weight so far, but i haven't been able to eat very well, partly because of finances, and partly because i am feeling so sick. I cannot visit my ob, because i missed an appointment because i was concentrating so hard on studying for a test, and forgot about it, when i called to find out when it was, it turns out i had missed it by an hour. Now i owe the doc money, and haven't any extra for at least 2 weeks.

I am unable to find any good statistics as to how many people think touching is an important part of any persons life so i have to make my own. So all in all i ask: do you think that touching whether it is greeting, eye contact, personal space during conversation, same sex touching during conversation or what have you.

Sometime I swear I can see, in my guys eyes, that he loves me. He has this 'look' that just shows how happy he is to see me. He is looking very deeply into my eyes with an almost 'smile' in his eyes. I am having a difficult time describing it.

But do you believe you can see 'love' in a guys eyes? If so, what are the signs?

My anut died at easter of cancer it all happened really quickly and she was only 40 odds. Ive now bought her old house. Last night i had a dream that it was someone in the familys birthday and we were all out for dinner. My aunt that died was there and she looked as pretty as she used to be - a forgot to say she was a really pretty woman and the cancer really deterioted her it was hard to watch. anyway i went over to her see how she was and she said shes in a much better place and to let everyone know shes ok now! but what does it mean! my aunt dying was a horrible shock on our family and id love to know if she is ok and still there if you know what I mean!

I plan on getting a test this afternoon...but I was curious to see what others thought. I just had my cycle last week, but this week I am noticing some symptoms of pregnancy. I have had 2 children already so I know what to look for. I just can't wrap my head around it because I had a period! It started last Friday, I passed out from apparent heat exhaustion. Only I wasn't that hot and I am a very outdoorsy person and the heat has never bothered me before. Then this week I have noticed a serious step up in my appetite, waist and bust line. I eat breakfast at 6:30 am and by 9:30 I am literally starving. This is the same in the afternoons and evenings. My bust line has grown to the point that certain bra's just don't work anymore and my tummy is sticking out like no body's business! I guess I am just wondering if anyone else had their period and still ended up being pg?

OK I have this friend "kate". She has ben a huge part of my life. I care about her alot. This summer she started dating this guy we all would party together and I thought he was a great guy, a gentlemen around her. I liked him tell recently things started to get weird I noticed they were doing cocaine. And be very secretive about it. (The way I found out was shady but its a long story that I wont get into it.) I just figured she was trying it. Then I took her out W/O her B/F and she asked me (drunk) if I knew any one at the party that had coke. I sat her down and talked with her about her drug use. And she fliped out and told me it wasnt like that mind my own bissness I told her I would. The next day I talked to her B/F In person.(who suplies her with coke) He assured me that he had kates best interest in mind and he genuinely had feelings for her, and no more nose candy. Well their still doing coke alot and she's distancing her self from her friends. We dont know what to do?
