How about "Manny" because he's a Yorkie (New York...Manhattan), and because he's Chihuahua (and Manuel/Manny is a Latino-sounding name).
We have a big ol' bear of a cat named Manny, so I'm partial!
And, hey! Congrats on the adoption. Nice going for both of you. Ummmm, will puppy be an only dog? Why not adopt another to keep him company?

Jack (as in Black Jack) or maybe the reverse of Love's answer, Yochi. Any chance of posting a photo? I'm curious as to what that mix would look like.

My dog was the runt of the litter, but all of the larger dogs in the litter were out done by her.
Because of this, we named her Furious.
Also had one named, "Damit". And there's always "Askum".
